Payroll services vary depending on the degree to which you would like to be involved:
- Standard Payroll – you manage your own payroll through QuickBooks®, including entering payroll and employee information and printing paychecks (this service is a direct subscription with QuickBooks®).
- Enhanced Payroll – we manage your payroll through QuickBooks®. This service includes processing payroll, printing checks, tracking workers’ compensation, and direct deposit availability. We will also prepare and file all necessary employment reports – federal and state unemployment, and state disability reports.
- Complete Payroll – this service is an outsourced solution to Intuit®, parent company of QuickBooks®. Simply send your payroll data to Intuit® and they will process everything payroll-related, including filing federal and state payroll taxes, making tax deposits, and allowing you web access to view paychecks and payroll reports online.
